Return Eligibility

• Cooling-Off Period: You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to notify us if you wish to return an item. This allows you to change your mind and return any non-faulty items.

• Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition. Please ensure that all tags and labels remain attached.

• Exceptions: Personalized or made-to-order products, cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
